Free Router Tenon Jig plans - Use this jig with a large baseplate for your router so it doesn't fall through the hole. A straight bit with smaller diameter bearing is required (mounted to bottom of bit, not the shank end). The bearing to bit size difference determines the shoulder size. Drawn to scale, this jig makes tenoning with a router much easier.
